If, at the end of my life, one can see through my images, just how much I loved these kids, I would have fulfilled my purpose.
If I'm remembered by anything, I hope it would be that I was honest with my work, and with my legacy.
Because if they are my only subjects, I will have been the richest artist, the most blessed mama, the luckiest woman that ever there was.
