Come As You Are: An Invitation to Intuitive Eating

Come As You Are - An Invitation to Peace with Food + Body - Intuitive Eating -

Can we have an honest conversation?
It’s a deep one. It’s a revealing, honest, vulnerable one. I’d like to talk for a moment about this body of mine.
I have spent the better part of my life in a war, a struggle with an internal dialogue that has spoken lies and untruths. Spit hatred like poison, more often than not as a whisper. But the most painful whisper you’ll never actually hear.
I have told myself I’m not worthy. I’m not good enough. I’ve spoken that I’ll not be accepted unless I fit the ideal that so much of the world has told me I should be.
I’ve allowed the words of others, some from those closest to me, to creep in and settle right there on my heart. “She shouldn’t be wearing that bathing suit, did you see her?” or “Wow she sure put on some pounds since I saw her last.” or “She isn’t small enough to accomplish that.”.
And even if those words weren’t directed at me, I positioned them to be. I absorbed them. I allowed them to fuel a fire that was burning so great, I was choking on the embers that remained.
I have spent the majority of my adult life dealing with Disordered Eating, I’ve hidden behind creative poses on camera, I’ve filtered myself into a position where I thought I was likely acceptable.
And now? Now? I’m done hiding. I’m done with the games. I’m done with the diets. I’m done with the idea that I’m only worthy when I’m back in a size 4. I am done. with. the. hiding.
Because here’s the truth of it: this body has created four babies, birthed three of them. It’s walked me through some of the worst days I wouldn’t wish on my most awful enemy. It’s carried me when I wanted to curl up and join the family members who went before me.
And it’s pretty damn unfair that I’ve told it it’s not good enough. It’s pretty unfair that I’ve ever potentially allowed my children to think they’re anything less than the magnificent prize their Jesus created them to be.
So I’m on a mission and it started with this, confession of sorts, today. To raise my voice and hope it encourages you to even find yours. To know you are beautiful as you are. To know restriction does NOT bring joy and diets are NOT going to last.
You don’t have to hide. You don’t have move your body out of punishment. You don’t have to count or track or measure your way into glory. You can come just as you are and stand tall with me. I am forever and ever and ever grateful for the friend that said those words to me. She offered me and continues to, a safe place to stand. The encouragement and the knowledge that there is peace to be found with both food and body.
And it doesn’t come with a membership or a good and bad food list. It doesn’t come with pills or scale obsession. It comes with time and kindness and lots and lots of freaking hard heart work.
You can sit with me. Please, sit with me. Let’s change this for our sons and for our daughters. Let’s raise our voices and declare WE ARE GOOD AS WE ARE. The world needs more voices like this. I hope to hear yours, too.

COLLOIDAL SILVER - How it's Changed Our Lives (Angie Warren)

What is Colloidal Silver?

Silver is a natural element. Colloidal means suspended in water. So, Colloidal Silver is, silver suspended in purified water. Silver has been used medicinally for thousands of years, up until the early 1900's when physicians actually used it quite often - but with antibiotics came a decline in the use of silver. In fact, Hippocrates, wrote that silver had "beneficial healing and anti-disease properties". He raved about silver, how it repaired tissue and aided in the healing process. In my research, I also learned that in the past, silver was widely used in storing water, and eating with, as it had such anti-bacterial properties.

It is known for:

- being antibacterial/antibiotic

- treating burns, thrush, and other skin conditions, even insect bites

- antiviral properties

- being anti-allergy

- providing anti-inflammatory relief

What's our story?

Winter 2014/2015 was HARSH for us. We'd never had such a bad season of sickness. I think at one point we calculated that we'd spent nearly $2k in ($30) co-pays for the doctors office, and Rx for us and the kids. Not only that but I missed a total of 5 weeks in teaching, because I had to stay home with our sick children. I feel like we were sick. all. the. time. Just about every infection you can come up with, one of us had. I was over it. One Friday morning in early February I was texting a friend about my strep throat. I told her our Danny had been on three Rx already this year for a sinus infection and none of us was feeling much better.

She immediately told me about Silver. Their family had been through two or three rounds of strep that antibiotics wasn't touching, and when they went to Silver, their infections were gone in days. I was desperate. It was Friday, I tried our family doctor but she wasn't in I'd need to go to Urgent Care for my throat. I wasn't about to pay $50 for the visit, plus another $30 for medicine. So I took her advice and took a chance, drove to the next town over and picked it up.

By the next day my throat felt much better, the white spots nearly gone, and the swelling had gone down tremendously. And another day, the infection was completely gone. I could not believe it. It was the most incredible thing in the world. (Scroll to the bottom of this post to see the images of my throat, they're... graphic, warning).

I began to wonder if this Silver stuff could help the rest of us. We were currently dealing with: three sets of pink eye, one ear infection, one sinus infection, and a strep-looking mess in my oldest son's throat. I researched and researched and found some helpful information. Sure enough, Silver has been known to help ALL of these. So I went Silver crazy. We had just run out of pink eye drops that day, so I switched to silver. They were cleared the next day. All three kids. Incredible. My daughter woke up in the middle of the night screaming in pain from her ear. A dose of Motrin, and Silver in her ear, and she slept through the night. We never did go in for that one.

Time and time again, we saw Silver changing the way we dealt with our health and slowly but surely, we found ourselves healthy again.

Even when I came down with my first ever, sudden, UTI, Silver to the rescue, I never needed to see my doctor. I followed the "power dose" for a few days (see more below).

A few months passed and the dreaded stomach bug was circulating throughout our school. I do NOT handle this well. I just don't. I started to panic. Three kids in my daughter's preschool class (of only 7 kids total) had it, five or six in my son's 4th grade class, and I believe the Kinder class had it too. It was a mess, every day I heard of another student home throwing up.

I asked my friend and searched some more and found that Silver can be a hugely effective tool in keeping our systems healthy and strong, so we went for it. Diligently, I dosed Silver to the kids and I and prayed and prayed and prayed - and by the grace of God we remained stomach flu free. I truly attribute that to God taking care of us, AND the strong anti-bacterial, immunity boosting Silver particles.

Additionally, my husband has sensitive eyes and often his contacts cause intense eye infections. I caught him using silver on a number of occasions, so we keep it in our bathroom too.

With all that being said, I'm not an affiliate, I make no money on this blog post. I just feel that strongly about it. I can not imagine life without Silver now, and make sure we always have a bottle on hand.

Angie Warren // Wellness + Colloidal Silver

What dosage is best?

Keep in mind this is what our family does, based on suggestions from those who have used it, naturopaths, and research done. I am not a doctor.

Colloidal Silver can be taken daily as an immunity booster. We do this. Especially now that school is back in session. Each of us takes a dose each morning. It tastes and looks just like water, but occasionally has a slight metallic taste that I kid you not, is gone in 20 seconds if you even have it. All of my kids take it happily, and they are the most picky when it comes to food and drink. So I'm thankful for that. If this is the case, you take one dose per day.

For an adult that would be 1 teaspoon (or 6 droppers full)

For a child one daily dose would be 1/2 teaspoon (or 3 droppers full)
*I give this to my three year old daughter, I am not sure about kids younger than that*

Colloidal Silver as the anti-antibiotic. I call it this because this is what we take now in stead of an Rx. This is what I did for the throat infection mentioned above, and viewed below. It's sometimes called a "power dose". You continue the "power dose" until symptoms are 100% gone, and even then I went one day longer. The doses between the two images at the bottom of the post was somewhere after my 7th dose, so one day.

For an adult power dose: 1 teaspoon, each hour, for 7 hours (so a total of 7/per day)

For an older child (6+): 1/2 teaspoon, each hour, for 7 hours (so a total of 7/per day)

For a younger child (3-5): 1/2 teaspoon, three times a day (total of 3/per day)

Colloidal Silver for Eye Infections / Ears. For the kids I did 2 drops of colloidal silver in each eye 2/day until their eyes were clear, and then one day more.

3 drops 4/day for their ears, in each ear, if both are infected. A special note about ears though, try as hard as you can to get them to lay still, on their side for a good 5 minutes or so after you've put the drops in that ear, to really let it get into the ear drum. Then when the do sit up, slowly, have a tissue handy in case a bit dribbles out.

As I want to be totally honest, the only time we've gotten an Rx after finding silver was a few months ago when our daughter got a fast and furious double ear infection. She was fine one day, the next both ear drums were bulging and she had a raging fever. We did Silver as I had before, but I could tell something was different this time and I'm glad we went in. Poor love.

Use your best judgement. We aren't 100% against antibiotics, if needed, of course we will do what is best for our family. However, finding Silver has changed everything for us, so I foresee a lot less Rx in our house!

Which Colloidal Silver to get?

Please please please if you do anything, do not waste your money elsewhere. Sovereign Silver is the purest ingredients with zero additives. It's made with 99.999% pure elemental silver and purified water. There are no added silver salts or other compounds. This makes it extremely safe, simple and most importantly, pure.

I raved to my grandmother last Spring about how much Silver had helped us, she was intrigued and went to her local health food store - where she got a good deal on two bottles of a different brand of Silver. I told her to go ahead and try it (for a UTI) but she wasn't seeing results. So I had her check the ingredients and sure enough, it had a handful of other things added.

I think it's so important to get the best there is. It is worth every. penny. Trust me on that one.

If you're local to the Bay Area, Harvest House in Concord sells it - as well as GNC in Brentwood. If you aren't, you can order it on Amazon like I do (a bit cheaper and with Prime you pay nothing for shipping!) Click here to see that.

I just feel really strongly about this stuff, I know how much it's helped us and I hope maybe this information helps someone else. Don't hesitate to ask any questions!

Since I've started sharing my experiences with Hemp, there are a lot of questions I keep hearing. I'll answer them to the best of my ability below!

A: No. Hemp's cousin, Marijuana is the plant with large amounts of THC in it, which is the component that gives a feeling of being "high". Hemp does not contain enough THC for that to be a factor.

A: This brand of Hemp has well below the federal THC limit of .3% THC. While I can't promise anything, I've known people who have been screened by their employer while taking Prime My Body Hemp, and have passed with flying colors.

A: Always contact your healthcare practitioner, but the short answer is yes, it is very safe for pregnancy and helps the development of your baby. There are countless women using Hemp with the a-okay from their doctor.

A: Yes! Our bodies already produce cannabinoids, it's what helps baby to suck.

A: Extremely. Dr. Shade is known for having great success with children - there are countless  things that Hemp supports, and giving it to our little ones is an excellent way to promote healthy bodies and minds.

A: Not at all. Hemp contains little to no THC, so it does not stimulate the brain’s dopamine-based reward system.

I hope this series has been encouraging and educational for you. If you have found Hemp to as supportive as I have, I'd love to chat! Any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!

Which Hemp is Best? + Why I Chose Prime My Body.

Hemp / CBD - WHICH HEMP IS BEST - Prime My Body (

Click the button below to read the rest of the series on hemp!

When it comes to what our families uses and which companies we support, I'm very particular. Of course I have a few trusted friends who are amazing resources, but still, we do a lot of research. Hemp is no different, especially since it is something I/we ingest.

If you've ever googled Hemp or CBD (really anything you google), you'll know there are endless options to choose from. But how to know which is best for your family? Word of mouth? Certainly. Amazon review? Always. Hours of your own research? Imperative. There are a few key things I look for when it comes to what we put on and in our bodies. A few are:

  • Made in the good ole US of A
  • Naturally based (free of harmful junk)
  • Company whose principles and morals I can get behind
  • Organic when possible

Some products we use daily include Monat, Dr. Bronners, Young Living, and now Prime My Body.

Understanding what Hemp is exactly, and what it isn't was the first step for me. I tried a few different brands over the last year (Charlotte's Web being one) and wasn't finding results until I ordered a bottle suggested by my friend Tristian. She had been using it with her entire family for a while and raved about the support and changes to their health.

After endless research I began to understand why exactly Prime My Body was working as well as it has been, and because I'm all about educating myself, I'll share my findings below. It's a lot of... science, but I'll explain in terms that makes sense to those of us who are not world-renown chemists!

The Chemist

Dr. Christopher Shade (a former goat farmer!) is the founder of Quicksilver Scientific and a man passionate about heavy metal detoxification. He earned his Ph.D. from University of Illinois studying the environmental and analytical chemistries of mercury and advanced aquatic chemistry. Shade's lab is in Boulder, and he's the main reason that this Hemp is what it is, and what sets it apart. This man is brilliant, and I've been fascinated by the numerous videos + interviews I've been watching from him.

The science behind why this Hemp is so great is based on the Human Endocannabinoid System. It's an intricate part of our immune system and when activated by taking phyto cannabinoid diols, humans and animals have better ability to fight, resist, and assist in supporting + repairing the mind and body.

Dr. Shade uses a two-part Ethanol and Simulated Moving Bed Chromatography extraction process to get compounds off of the plant. It's a really sophisticated purification process, where plant waxes, natural compounds, and THC are pulled. This leaves very pure extracts which are tested again and again to ensure purity.

Here's a list of things that are not ever included in this oil:

  • pesticides
  • herbicides
  • mold toxins
  • heavy metals
  • microbes

It's also certified gluten free + GMO free.

This is a really cool process, and it's the delivery of this oil that makes it unique to other kinds. Basically being nano-enhanced is what makes the absorption fast and complete, with exceptionally high bio-availability (basically the degree and rate a drug is absorbed by the body). We absorb these nano-particles so quickly and fully, in just 30 seconds it's entered your blood stream. It passes the blood brain barrier and peaks around 30-40 minutes after being taken.

The liposomes are essentially little vehicles that looks exactly like a cell wall membrane, so when we take it? It's absorbed strait into our cells. This liposomal formulation brings the amazing power of IV therapy into a more convenient, oral delivery for super rapid uptake. Really, this isn't an oil per say, it's a nano-emulsification of an oil. Wild huh?

The biggest difference as I mentioned is the delivery of the Hemp. Prime's Hemp is pumped under the tongue, where it's received and immediately, literally, immediately absorbing. The nano particles just get RIGHT in there.

When you swallow another brand, eat a CBD-enhanced candy, or have a hemp-drink, you have to wait for absorption. Charlotte's Web for example, is dispersed in MCT oil (which yes is a good, healthy oil!) however it has to get through your GI track and emulsify with your bile to absorb. By the time this happens, only a small % is being absorbed, due to time and travel, and many other obstacles. It isn't that other brands (like CW) are bad, or that the product isn't solid - it's HOW it is absorbed.

If other kinds of CBD had a Dr. Shade, creating liposomes for their Hemp? There would be competition. Delivery, delivery, delivery. That is the key.

How To Use It

PMB's Hemp comes in a 50ml bottle. This bottle gives you 100 pumps, which you'll place right under your tongue. They suggest doing it on an empty stomach, 10 minutes or so before eating. I don't follow this rule, hard core, as I take it as needed / throughout the day based on my own schedule. Hold under your tongue for 30 seconds, then I swish it around some. A drink of water after is acceptable, the Hemp has a citrus tang to it, which at first I wasn't a big fan of. But it neutralizes quickly and I'm now 110% fine with it.

You can not overdose on this, Hemp is so so so good for you, the more the better! But suggested dosage is 1-2 pumps 2/day. You can go up to 2-4 pumps 4/day if needed. It all depends on what you're working to support and how you respond. Many people feel a calm wash over them immediately, I do not, but that doesn't mean it isn't working! Quite the opposite. Consistency is KEY here. It was about seven days of use 2/day when I began to feel balance coming on, I wasn't as tense, it was a slow process, but so very worth it. You can read more about my own Hemp story and process here.

All About Hemp - CBD Oil

Hemp CBD Oil (

Click the button below to read the rest of the series on hemp!

I've been chatting on my Instagram a lot lately about wellness, specifically about how I've started using hemp oil. I also wrote it here. Authenticity and openness are things I've always prided myself on, sharing the many ups and downs life has brought my way, and this is no exception.

Just this week I shared a lot in my stories about why I sought out hemp oil, how it's helped, and why I chose the company I chose. Buttttttt, it was a lot of stories, and I believe there's power in the written word (also for ease of coming back to), so I've decided to share a condensed version here on the blog. If you'd like to check out the stories on this topic, head to my Instagram and check out the highlights titled Hemp!

Let's start off with a little lesson. A common misconception is that Hemp is the same thing as Marijuana, that if you're using Hemp you're getting high. They're not. They are in the same family, yes - as in they come from the Cannabis plant, but there are some distinct differences.

  • MARIJUANA contains high amounts of THC - this is what gives you the feeling of being "high".
  • HEMP contains trace amounts of THC, therefore you don't experience the "high" but get all the benefits of the CBD. The brand of Hemp I use is well below the federal THC limit of .3%. After multiple drug screens from his employer, my good friend Tristian's husband has never been tested positive and Hemp is a part of his daily routine (I know this is a concern for many who have required testing through work).
Hemp / CBD vs Marijuana - Prime My Body (

Hemp Oil (also known as CBD) has so very many benefits, I believe there are more than 250 different ways it can support the entire body. Initially, I sought it out to bring balance to my nervous system - which has been pretty much shot since dealing with anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and general emotional upheaval. What I didn't realize were all the many things it would be doing "behind the scenes" to help repair my cells from the inside out.

Hemp / CBD vs Marijuana - Prime My Body (

  • Better Focus + Energy
  • Brings Calm, Helping Sleep
  • Soothes Tension
  • Reduces Saddness
  • Balances Feelings of Anxiety
  • Supports Joint + Cartilage Function
  • Disease Prevention
  • Better Overall Health
  • Homeostasis
  • and sooooooo many more things

Let's chat quick about this one: Homeostasis. One of the biggest things Hemp is known for is bringing the body to a place of Homeostasis. It's in this state that our bodies work their best, fighting off disease and ensuring a proper environment for living our best lives. In the Greek language the word Homeostasis breaks down to: HOMEO = similar and STASIS = stable. So putting our bodies into a stable environment, without being in constant fight or flight, balancing the wild upheaval of disease and inflammation and so on, really should be a goal for everyone.

Have you used Hemp, how has it helped you? I'd love to hear more from you!

Next up in the series Hemp Helps, I chat about why I chose the company I chose, and what makes one brand different than another. Check it out!

My Hemp Story - CBD Oil

If you've been around any amount of time you will know I am no stranger to grief. You can click here or here to jump down the rabbit hole that is my story, but I'll give a small glimpse for those of you who may be new - it all ties into why I decided Hemp might be something that would help.

Loss #1 (2013)

In the fall of 2013 I lost my best friend (my mama) to a very aggressive and rare cervical cancer. She died just six months after her stage 1b2 diagnosis and we were all absolutely devastated. She was the glue that held our family together, she had a deep-rooted love for the poor + homeless, and she was just two months shy of fifty. The weeks and months, and years really, following that loss propelled me into a dark, dark, space. My marriage crumbled, my relationships broke, my soul was full of anger and hate. All that was once good, was gone.

I had already been struggling with anxiety and some depression the majority of my life - so this loss did me no good. My dad was battling his own demons of addiction, and I felt in many ways I lost them both that chilly day in October.

Fast forward a few years, I felt as though I was finally getting somewhere in my grief. I'd been seeing a therapist off and on, and was working through some deep embedded issues from my childhood. My siblings and I were making better attempts to see one another more (we are spread all over the country), and my dad and I had begun to find a new relationship based on endless grace and so much forgiveness.

Loss #2 (2017)

I was sipping my morning coffee when I got the call. It was a bright February morning, just four days after his 29th birthday, and my brother was dead. An accidental overdose of Fentanyl (he thought it was Heroin) took him instantly. Life came to a sudden and crashing halt. My sisters and I rallied, heading back east to deal with all the things our father couldn't, and I knew in my heart, the darkness would return. It did, in a different and vicious way.

His loss felt harder than losing my mom, though I'm not totally sure why. Perhaps the tragedy of his young age, the ache of his addiction, the absence of his sweet and hilarious spirit. I had been writing about addiction prior to Joel's passing, but suddenly became hungrily obsessed with breaking the stigma. I felt it was my life's mission to tell the world addicts are just like the rest of us, just a bit more prickly to hug. I soon began EMDR with my therapist, and slowly put the pieces of a broken life back together.

That fall my sister got married beneath the canopy of our grandparent's trees. The whole was gaping, where our mom and brother should have been, but our dad was there. He was sad, quiet, but he was there. We were re-building life again, fragile and broken, but building none the less.

Loss #3 (2017)

Just two weeks after the wedding, around the 4th anniversary of our mother's death, we got another call (I've since had to change the ringer of my phone, PTSD triggers are the worst). Our dad was in the ICU and on life support. As his Power of Attorney, and after the blatant urging of his doctor, I got the next flight I could and met my sister for a future yet again, unknown. We didn't know what we were walking into, but we did it side by side, as we have so many times before.

Seven days that felt like an eternity we spent by his side. The sound of classic rock filled the room, we covered his walls with photographs, and shared some of the hardest words we've had to speak, to a man who had given us the best and worst years of our lives. Our dad was not getting better, his condition (an infection that ravaged his body) was declining, and it came to a decision no person wants to, or should ever have to make.

On a clear day in early November, my sister and I awoke, dressed, and headed to the 6th floor at OSU to walk our daddy into Heaven. Those days are a blur and they're my most vivid nightmares. When I arrived home after two weeks away, I did something I'd not been able to do thus far: I stepped OVER grief, and avoided as best I could.

I knew in my heart it was not the wise way to approach it, but I decided to focus on the holidays, my kids, and a new business venture. Each day I questioned it, and resigned to the fact that nope, I wasn't ready to go back to the dark place again. My therapist called, emailed, reached out, and I avoided him. I knew seeing him again would throw me headlong into it all, and I frankly, refused.

Early spring of this year, the inevitable happened, as I knew it would, and the darkness came. And it came hard. I returned from a trip to see my sister in Texas - a visit filled with so much good, and yet, a realization that we didn't know how to be sisters away from trauma. We were used to rushing to the hospital for rounds, conference rooms at funeral homes, writing eulogies and going through the remaining items of three people's entire lives. Being together, by choice, proved to be a challenge. It was a good and much needed time together, but I returned home and could fight it no longer.

I had been on a low dose of medication for the better part of the year, but I was a wreck (and did not want to up my Rx). I gave in, and headed back into therapy. Soon after I finally gave my friend Tristian a call. She had been using Hemp for a while with such amazing results, and I was desperate for relief.

How I was feeling

I poured my heart out to this dear friend of mine, sharing how bad my anxiety had gotten. I felt as though every nerve ending in my body was shot, from the tips of my fingers to the bottom of my feet. Noises shook me to my core - the slam of a cabinet, the scream of a child, the accidental dropping of something heavy. It's as if I was in constant fight or flight. And yet, I was doing neither any fighting or flighting. I was stuck, neck deep, in the worst quick sand possible: avoided grief.

I couldn't concentrate or stay focused, I struggled to find joy. All I wanted to do was sleep. My social anxiety mixed with being a Type 4 on the Enneagram, and a Highly Sensitive Person, left me not wanting to see anyone - even those I love dearly. I felt broken, jarred, cracked, shattered. Tristian encouraged me and she educated me on the amazing ways Hemp could support me and I said okay, let's do it. I would commit.

Finding Relief

Some people are more sensitive to the properties and feel a sense of calm right away, I am not one of those people, but I knew going into this that it could take time. I took 1 pump twice a day and about a week in my husband mentioned that I seemed more balanced, less tense. So often we can't feel a shift, but when those around us feel it? You really know something's changing. I was so thrilled to hear him say that and began to notice that noises weren't bothering me as much, it's almost like I felt a softening. Where before every day was akin to bone grinding on bone, I started to feel like there was a gentleness to how I felt, instead of bone on bone, new joints were forming.

This was just, so very, huge.

As luck would have it, I ran out of Hemp. I hadn't been paying attention to the amount left in the bottle, (even though I knew there are 100 pumps in a bottle) - I wasn't thinking about the fact that after having my eyes read through Iridology (confirming a very weak nervous system among many other things this plant would support) I upped the amount I was taking to 2 pumps 3/day. I wasn't too worried about running out, but really was curious if I'd feel a shift back to where I was pre-Hemp.

As gradual as it began to help, it did something similar when I ran out. Nearly a week after my husband and I were driving, and I had a really tough day. I was tensing up on the steering wheel, breathing heavily, generally feeling pretty all over the place. "Babe?" he asked. "Any more of that Hemp coming?" I whipped my head towards him and snapped, "Why? Is it that bad?" and he sort of laughed - a nervous laugh.

It had been bad. I felt it. And so did he.

If I wasn't a believer before, I certainly was at that point. A new bottle arrived shortly and I decided I wouldn't run out again. Knowing how much I feel the change when I'm consistently using Hemp, blows my mind to think of all the good it's doing that I can't feel. Wellness is so very much a part of my focus anymore - I've lost too many people, and growing old to see my babies have babies, and to feel alive and joyful for the lot of it? Goals. So many goals.

Next up in the series Hemp Helps, I chat about what Hemp is. Check it out!
